Have you ever wondered why you were put on this earth? What your purpose is? Or wondered if you are the person you were born to be? 

I have. And I know how to help you discover that purpose. While I have a few modalities to help aid you, I really just point you back to your own power-your body.  Your body is a huge source of power and it has signs, clues, and a story it’s trying to tell you. I am here to guide you to tap into your source. Drop into your body, step into your power, and never forget who you were born to be.

Below you will get a sense of what working together will look like. I currently have a 12 month offering, each part below is a 2 month journey. I am so glad you’re here, let’s dive in.

breathe.

Use your breath to get into your body, find safety within and regulate your nervous system. Breathe into who you are by taking a look at your patterns, beliefs and the sabotaging child that helped create your life.

activate.

Feel what it’s like to be in your body. Using a felt sense meditation to really embody safety and connection. Tap into and activate the deep parts within you that want to come to life.

unravel.

Learn where your boundaries are and how to adjust them where necessary. Leaning into the resistance and stuck trauma in your body to unravel all that has held you back in life.

heal.

Look at the timeline of your life and beliefs that were formed to see what has been holding you back. Inviting in your inner child to help you heal the wounds that were created in this life.

blossom.

Meet the blueprint of your soul so that you can tap into the deep wisdom within to guide you. Finding more space within your body to blossom into who you have always known you were meant to be in life.

TRANSFORM.

Putting it all together and stepping into who you are without ever forgetting who you were born to be. Transform your life from the inside out and really embody all that you are and own your power in this life.
